I didn't forget blogging

I would just like to say that i didn't forget about blogging. I know it has been a really long time since I've blogged, actually 3 months to be exact. I have been super busy with school and haven't really found the time, but now that i have gotten back into my groove you can be expecting new and exciting posts from me!

So so happy!! Went to the mall with my sister's boyfriend Justin to help him pick out jewelry for my sister. He picked out the most beautiful earrings and ring for her! I can't wait to see her face on Christmas morning when she sees them!!! Justin was the best thing that ever happened to her!! She better keep him!

The "Sick" Hat

In my household, this is what we call the "Sick" hat. And because i was sick yesterday, actually i am still sick, I had to wear this hat. This is not the exact hat that i had to wear but this is as close as i could find. It's kind of a fun way to make them feel better even when they are as low as they can be. But, still slightly embarrassing. Especially if your mom puts it on you while your boyfriend is sitting right next to you. So feel free to laugh, i know i did.

Gossip Girl

I have taken a new liking to Gossip Girl. In fact I have fallen in love with it. I relate to it because of all the bogging and I can relate to most characters. I would recommend watching it. It comes on Mondays at 8 p.m. It's also on Netflix if you want to watch from the beginning. That's what I did. Enjoy!!

Happy Turkey Day!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I hope everyone has enjoyed their turkey day! I know i have!!! Today i am thankful for family and friends! I am also thankful for my high school sweetheart! of course he is sitting right next to me and  i know he is reading every word i am writing but its true. I am very thankful for him and i don't know what i'd do without him. :) what are you guys thankful for?

Truly blessed

When I think of all the stuff i have been through lately, all i can think about is being thankful for my friends and everyone who has been there for me. I feel truly blessed to have friends like mine. I know that throughout everything they will stand by me and I cant even begin to describe how good it feels. Being able to talk to them helps me release what i need to when i feel lonely or upset. They give me a sense of closure and I'm glad i have people who care enough to be there!! Do you feel thankful for your friends and family too?

Motivational quote that hits home



I feel like this really hits home for me. I used to let people control me and bager me but i've learned from it and have taken advantage of it. And when i say that i mean that i just let myself feel whatever is natural. I never had anyone to tell me the difference between doing something for me and doing what others want me to do so that they are happy. But i finally took life by the horns and stood my ground.  It made me who i am today and without learning and growing from this i would still be naive. Hope you enjoy the quote!!
